Inspiring Action, Transforming Care: Nurses Lead the Way
At the completion of this conference the attendees will be able to:
- Describe nurse engagement in community, regional, state, and national leadership to influence policy that will lead to solutions for the nursing workforce and healthcare issues.
- Discuss the current and proposed legislation impacting nurses and healthcare in Kentucky.
- Promote active engagement for Kentucky nurses through awareness of the KNA Leadership and Advocacy Academy program.
- Articulate nursing, healthcare issues and solutions to key stakeholder groups and the media
