Additional Information

Thank you for taking the step to have your APO E gene test done at the recent Ky Nurses Conference. You should have your results by now. But you may be asking questions such as:

  • Now what?

  • What do these results mean?

  • What diet do I need to follow based on my results?

Now is when the rubber hits the road. Pam will be returning to Ky to explain what your results mean and how to fuel your body with the right combination of healthy fats, carbohydrates and proteins. When you do this, it’s a matter of health and disease. YOU CAN CREATE A HEALTHY INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT SO THAT EVEN IF YOU HAVE GENETIC PREDISPOSITIONS (SUCH AS HEART DISEASE, DIABETES OR CANCER), THESE GENES DO NOT HAVE TO EXPRESS AND CAN LITERALLY BE TURNED OFF.

Pam will be in Ky presenting the tenets of the APO E gene diet on Friday, January 25th and Saturday, January 26th (see the details below). I can’t tell you what an incredible opportunity this is for all of you. Pam is a highly sought after speaker and presents all over the world. If you have not already let us know which session you will be attending, please let us know by January 15th.

Take advantage of this special time that Pam has planned for you. Mary Ann Osbourne and I will also be present to help answer questions about the program. We’ve been following the APO E gene diet for over 15 years.

We look forward to seeing you on Friday, January 25th or Saturday, January 26th.
