Conference Overview:

At the conclusion of this leadership education participants will be able to describe leadership pathways, define emotional competence and verbalize coaching skills essential for nursing roles and partnerships. 

Conference Objectives:

  1. Describe various leadership pathways/roles for nurses.
  2. Define emotional competence and other behaviors important in nursing leadership.
  3. Develop new coaching skills that are essential for expansion and enhancement of today’s nursing roles and inter-professional partnership.

Attendance Requirement:

Attendees must stay for the duration of the program to be awarded contact hours for continuing nursing education, provide license number or social security number upon registration and complete an evaluation for the program. Partial credit will not be awarded for any session. We reserve the right to cancel or alter the program if unanticipated circumstances necessitate changes.
