Join the KNA for a CE program, "Anemia of Chronic Kidney Disease," 6 - 7 p.m., Wednesday, February 9. Teresa Villaran, MS, MSN, CNE, CNN, CCRN (Alumnus), anemia management leader at Fresenius of North America, will present. At the conclusion of the offering, participants will be able to:
- Voice the prevalence and diagnosis of anemia in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD);
- Discuss the pathogenesis of anemia in CKD;
- Recognize current treatment options for anemia in CKD and advancements being made in its treatment and
- Answer questions on anemia in CKD.
