Dear KNA Member,
As part of the Kentucky Nurses Association (KNA) Nurse Legislator Engagement Program to leverage the voice of Kentucky nurses, the KNA would like to pair members with their state representative or senator to build relationships, promote advocacy, and serve as a resource. Legislators want and need to hear from nurses to better understand how issues and decisions they make impact nurses and the health of Kentuckians.
This is an excellent way for us to move forward with the promotion of our Brand Image of Nursing---All Nurses are Leaders. You are a nurse leader!
Participating in this project will only take a few hours a year. We will offer two short educational offerings:
- Monday 2/27; 12:00-1:00
Please plan to attend one of two scheduled short classes. A Zoom link will be sent the day before the informational event.
