Dear Nurses,

Following are the names of the candidates nominated by the KPHA Nominating and Election Committee to fill the expiring terms of the directors and officers of KPHA, Inc.  According to the bylaws, the nomination period will remain open for 30 additional days.  As you can see below, we are in need of additional nominations for these positions.  Please consider nominating yourself or submit the name of any other nominee to the Chair of the Nominating and Election Committee, Mark Hensley, marka.hensley@ky.gov.  Submissions must be signed by at least 20 current members of KPHA, Inc.
