The Kentucky Nurses Association is committed to partnering with you to promote a safer workplace for all areas of practice. To facilitate our work we are requesting your participation in this brief online anonymous survey. This survey will provide a broad perspective of the state in terms of prevalence, perceptions and severity. We need you to help to define and address the opportunities for improvement in our profession. The results will be shared broadly thru The Kentucky Nurse, during the KNA Summit, the KONL education conference and with KNA chapters.
