KNA to provide one-time use face shields - fraudulent survey sent to nurses about face shields

We are happy to report that Ford Motor Company has donated 500 one-time use face shields to the Kentucky Nurses Association (KNA).  We will work with chapter leaders to distribute these shields next week.  If you need face shields for individual nurses (not organizations), please contact the KNA chapter leader in your area.

We just found out that KNA has been hacked and an unknown entity is sending out a survey that includes our name and likeness that instructs nurses to complete the survey to receive a face shield.  This survey did not come from the Kentucky Nurses Association.  If you receive the survey, please let us know and do not reply to it; it is a scam.
