Louisville Metro Department of Public Health and Wellness releases guidelines for LouVax immunization volunteers

Volunteer Onboarding Process:
• After you complete your application, you will be able to view all the open volunteer roles. Log into your account at  http://bttr.im/9mei8 and click on the opportunities tab. You will see three different actions for each role: Closed, Full, and Sign-up.

Closed – The volunteer roles automatically lock 48 hours before the shift begins. This allows us to prepare our schedules and assignments for the upcoming shift. You can remove yourself from the list up until 12 hours before your shift starts.

Full – All the roles have been filled for this activity

Sign-up – Volunteers roles are available for this shift. Please verify that you qualify for the role before signing up as some roles require a specific skill set and/or licenses.

• You will receive a link to complete several forms through a DocuSign link. Please complete these forms prior to your volunteer shift.

New Check-in Process:
• Beginning next week, we will be using QR codes to sign-in and out for your shifts. This will automatically log your hours in My Impact and will help us keep track of volunteers that are eligible to receive a vaccine.

• You will need to bring your QR code with you to check-in.

• How to obtain a QR code from your phone:
1. Download the My Impact app on your Apple or Android device.
2. Sign-in using the username and password you created when completing your application
3. Click My Profile from the Menu tab
4. Click Timeclock QR Code
5. Check the box “Save my username and QR Code to the login screen for easy access”

• How to obtain a QR code from your computer:
1. Sign-in to your account at http://bttr.im/9mei8
2. Click MY PROFILE
3. Click Timeclock QR Code
4. Print your QR code by clicking the print button in the bottom right hand corner of the box.
