Donate to the KNF Disaster Relief Fund - help victims of Kentucky's tornadoes today! Funds raised will go toward the Commonwealth's hardest hit communities!  Together we can meet and beat our $10,000 fundraising goal!  In addition, over the weekend, KNA collaborated with chapter leaders in the affected areas and the Governor’s office to supply food, water, and other needed resources on the ground.  We will continue to support this effort going forward in anyway that we can be most helpful.

Help victims of the tornadoes and storms that devastated several cities in Kentucky on December 10 and 11. We are raising money to benefit the Kentucky Nurses Foundation (KNF). Any funds KNF garners from this campaign will go to the communities hardest hit by this extreme weather event that continues to claim the lives of countless Kentuckians. Please give, help fellow residents of the Commonwealth recover from this unthinkable tragedy.

Here's what we just learned from Governor Beshear's office:

  • At least four tornados touched down in Kentucky; one was on the ground for more than 200 miles in this state alone;
  • 1,000 homes were damaged or destroyed;
  • In eight counties, lives were lost;
  • In eighteen counties, there was significant damage;
  • There are 64 confirmed deaths at this point: 20 in Graves County, 13 in Hopkins County, 11 in Muhlenberg County; 12 in Warren County; four in Caldwell County; one each in Marshall, Taylor, Fulton and Lyon counties and
  • 105 people remain unaccounted for.
