Medicinal Cannabis - APRN renewal application fee

On September 12, 2023, the Kentucky Board of Nursing promulgated a new ordinary administrative regulation, 201 KAR 20:067, Professional standards for medicinal cannabis. This administrative regulation establishes an application fee of $100 for an APRN’s submission of an initial or renewal application for authorization to provide written certifications for the use of medicinal cannabis. A public hearing on this administrative regulation shall be held on November 21, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Kentucky Board of Nursing, 312 Whittington Parkway, Ste 300, Louisville, KY 40222.
