The Department for Medicaid Services (DMS) is excited to announce that the formal public comment period for the proposed 1915(i) State Plan Amendment (SPA) will begin on Jan. 29, 2024. Please review the public comment notice below for additional information, including instructions on how to submit comments.

An overview of the SPA is available on the DMS Behavioral Health Initiatives (BHI) website. The full SPA application and a summary of the application will be posted on the BHI website on Jan. 29.
